Dreams do come true.

A new study claims higher coffee consumption is connected to a lower risk of death, so pour yourself another!

The study by the European Society of Cardiology Congress in Barcelona, found those who drank coffee regularly had mortality rates almost 2/3 lower than non-drinkers! And if you’re already loving this study, get this; those who drank four cups of coffee per day had a 64% lower death risk, compared to those who never or rarely drank coffee.

The study included 20,000 people in Spain who were tracked for 10 years on average, so this research really is the real deal (thank god)! Previous research about drinking tons of that delicious caffeinated liquid has proved coffee improves liver function, reduces inflammation and help boost the immune system. So DRINK UP!
